Solar Dynamics Pvt Ltd was registered and incorporated in Pakistan in 1981, and has been successfully emerged a leading international business house for representation and indenting work to facilitate Multinational’s and international trade and government corporations to work in Pakistan and this region. Mr. Babar Tajammul heads Solar Dynamics Pvt Ltd as Chairman and Managing Director.

Prior to taking over as Managing Director of Solar Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd., Mr. Tajammul was the Chief Executive of Sunflower Textile & General Mills Ltd., for a period of 7 years and was also responsible for the overall operations of Sunflower Trading Corporation during this period.

In 1981 after the merger of Sunflower Trading Corporation and Mazari & Mazari Limited. The Tajammul Group of Companies and the Mazari Group of Companies under the Chairmanship of the Late Sardar Aashiq Mohamamd Khan Mazari, the former Chairman PIDC and Secretary of Industries and Member of the Parliament from Dera Ghazi Khan. Mr. Tajammul took over as the Managing Director and the majority share holder of Solar Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr. Tajammul has over 27 years experience in financial administration and management of Public and Private Limited Companies. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Pakistan Shippers Council of the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), where he was involved in the operational working of this high powered council and in organizing several international seminars and workshops in association with UNDP, UNESCO and other International Organizations. Mr. Tajammul is currently serving FPCCI in the capacity of Vice Chairman, Standing Committee on Export Processing & Free Zone. He is a life member of The Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI). He and SDL are also members of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Solar Dynamics Pvt Ltd, covers a wide spectrum of expertise including the supply of sophisticated defence electronic equipment to the Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy and Air Force), and to the Government of Pakistan. Solar Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd. also participates in public and private sector tenders, works with oil & gas related Corporation for compression equipment, supplies equipment to Television, and Broadcasting Corporations and have actively been involved in supply of commodities including steel scraps, chemicals and plastic raw materials. Solar Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd. has worked closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan, and the aviation industry with regard to aircrafts, engines and ground handling and support equipment including the setting up of the training and operational maintenance program of the prestigious Jinnah Terminal Complex (Karachi), with the assistance of experts team Changi Airport (Singapore) on a turn key basis; and the automobile industry of Pakistan. SDL is actively working with the Government of Pakistan on the supply of sophisticated Seismic earthquake detection and monitoring equipment.
